power-outs

what do I mean when I say power-outs

Imagine this, you have a well charged battery, everything is working as it should, and has been for the past 3 hours, then the screen goes blank and the lights switch off.

The x220 just lost all power, and just stopped working , it did not shutdown

You press the power button, it boots, without any file system errors, you check the logs, nothing there , no warnings, no errors, and you can continue using the laptop until the battery runs out or if another power-out happens

I still have no clue, however this appear to have been active on Debian Testing and Ubuntu based installs using a 5.8 kernel, iyt may or may not be related to the presence of the input-methods package

I make a note of this for later reference , so far Neither Alpine or Nix-OS has had this issue
